Abstract EN

The study aimed to learn about the impact of human capital on the competitive advantage of the Regional Fund for Agricultural Cooperation in the state of Bouira CRMA by providing basic concepts about human capital and its most important dimensions and then addressing the concept of competitive advantage and its various dimensions.

In order to achieve the study's objectives a questionnaire was designed for the purpose of collecting and distributing data using a comprehensive survey method and then using the SPSS statistical packages programme to analyze questionnaire data based on statistical methods by following the descriptive approach.

The study found a statistically significant impact between the dimensions of human capital and the competitive advantage of the institution in question.
