Abstract EN

Today, teleworking is one of the practices that are increasingly present in organisations.

The aim of our research is to demonstrate that teleworking can become a new norm in professional use.

To do this, we conducted interviews with staff working in a social security fund.

The results of our work showed that the health crisis caused by COVID-19 forced this organisation to work full-time in this way.

However, its implementation needs to be organised and discussed.
