Abstract EN

The individual employment relationship may have some disagreements between the worker and the employer, due to a breach of certain occupational obligations, whether on disciplinary follow-up which the worker may deem arbitrary, or on the general breach of a professional obligation by one of the parties, as such, the purpose of this study was to examine the procedural aspects to be taken into account as a guarantee established in the worker's interest, on the one hand, and, on the other, to ensure the continuity of the working relationship, while highlighting the role of Algerian legislation and the judiciary in establishing these guarantees for the continuation of such relations.
