Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to identify the procedures for appointing leaderships at the time of Omar Ibn Al-Khattab (May Allah be pleased with him) and then develop his applications in the educational administration, using the two methods: a historical method and a deductive method.

The results of the research found that there were procedures for appointing leaderships in the educational administration at the time of Omar Ibn Al-Khattab (May Allah be pleased with him) including: Letter of appointment, initial orientation and preparation, fixing wages, counting the wealth of the new leader, experience after appointment.

The most important applications derived from the procedures for appointing leaderships in the educational administration at the time of Omar Ibn Al-Khattab (May Allah be pleased with him) -Preparation of programs for the creation of the new educational leader and the establishment of an annual educational meeting for new educational leaderships.

- Adoption of the period of experience of the new educational leader after appointment for at least one year, during which he will be assessed and followed up, then to decide the tenure of the leader or return him to his previous position.

Research recommendations: taking advantage of the method of Omar Ibn Al-Khattab (May Allah be pleased with him) in appointing leaderships and his applications in the educational administration and establishing a specialized department in educational leadership affairs in the Ministries of education.
