Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to identify the effectiveness of the organizational experience of the colleges of physical education and sports sciences deans' and its relationship to the level of scientific production for the colleges members of (Baghdad and al-Mustansiriya University).

The research population was determined by members of the teaching staff in the colleges of physical education and sports sciences at the universities of (Baghdad and al-Mustansiriya), where their number reached (300) college members, where the research population was determined by 80%, where the research sample amounted to (240) college members.

The researcher recommended the need to work on improving the level of scientific productivity for teachers by providing the necessary supplies for them, and instilling the principles of wisdom in dealing with members of the teaching staff.

Encouraging the establishment of friendly relations between teachers in various Iraqi universities to achieve a high level of scientific productivity.

Working on encouraging a faculty member to write and translate scientific books.
