Abstract EN

This study discusses the reality of deserving of death ones and the legal procedures for the protection of the human soul.

The aim of this research is the sentence report use of deserving death-sentenced organs in the Islamic Sharia ‘especially in light of the scientific development and the success of the human and industrial organs transplantation and transferring.

This made this research in the field of the use of cut human organs a must.

This study discusses the reality of deserving of dead ones and their types and to what extent the permissibility of the use of their organs as well as the sentence report use of dead human.

One of the most important results we have concluded: the saying of the deserving of death organs usage is not for the deformation of the mutilation or desecrating of the body ‘but will be with the appropriate medical methods.

One of the results is also the donation of deserving death ones of any organ to save a soul from death ‘which may be the cause of sincerity of the repentance and his survive in the Hereafter.

One of the most important recommendations we have concluded: is to examine the impact of the deserving death organs usage on communities in terms of the volume of crimes.
