Among what distinguished Islamic jurisprudence, especially the jurisprudence of ahl al-Bayt, is its institutionalization and consolidation of the jurisprudence of the popular political opposition towards unjust governments and the jurisprudence of the revolution, and sheikh Muhammad Taqi al-Shirazi, as one of the prominent figures of the sect and its great references, has made his contribution in this field and contributed to the development of this sensitive and important field of jurisprudence.

we have presented a new presentation and a new reading of his views, and the approach that we adopted in the research is the descriptive- analytical approach, and the aim of it is to highlight some of the advantages of Islamic jurisprudence and Shiite jurisprudence in particular, on the one hand, and to highlight the scientific and theoretical role played by this great science, and to address its analysis and study.
