Abstract EN

This study aims to address health trusts, and also to explain the role that can be played by the health trust Sukook in considering it a contemporary waqf/trust method, as it can contribute towards raising the economic efficiency of the health field.

this is addressed in the light of the Quraan, the Sunnah, juristic studies, and Maqasid Ash-shariah, coupled with explaining the impact of its developmental contribution to the realization of vision 2030 by providing a proposed vision, according to an inductive, descriptive deductive approach.

this study also includes the definitions relevant to the research topic, the position of the Shariah with regards to the health trust Sukook, the Fiqhi ruling of issuing and dealing with the same, as well as presenting the Maqasid according to al-Ghazali, Ash-Shatibi, and Ibn Aashoor, then connecting these Magasid to the Sukook.

the study ends with concluded vision of the Maqasid by the researcher, and a presentation of health trust Sukook investment in realizing Vision 2030.

the study recommended the urgency of seeking the assistance of health trust Sukook, easing the procedures for its issuance, contributing to the jurisprudential enrichment to tip the scales in favour of what can be applied through problem-solving, discussing the juristic differences of opinion in matters related to the timing of and dealing in the trust Sukook, enabling public bodies and health associations to build projects and trusts through Sukook, and creating an encompassing umbrella for all the contemporary health trust Sukook experiences and coordinating between them so that the end result is public benefit.
