Abstract EN

The purpose of the study is to investigate the status of applying servant leadership among female school principals at Al-khafji governorate as perceived by teachers; as well as the differences in their responses according to years of experience.

The population of the study consisted of (177) female teachers working in secondary schools in Al-Khafji Governorate, and due to the small size of the study population, the study questionnaire was administrated on all members of the population, from which (131) valid questionnaires were retrieved; as the descriptive analytical approach was used.

The findings of the study showed that school principals in Al-Khafji governorate practice leadership in an average degree, and there were s significant statistical differences between more than 10 years on the one hand and each of less than 5 years, and 5-10 years on the other hand, and the differences were in favor of more than 10 Years.
