Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the leadership styles of school principals in Mafraq Governorate and their relationship to the level of teachers' organizational silence.

This study relied on the descriptive correlative approach to suit the nature of the study.

A questionnaire was randomly applied to (384) male and female teachers.

The results showed that the leadership styles of school principals in Kasbah Al-Mafraq District from the teachers' point of view came to a degree (medium to high), where the domain of democratic style came to a large degree, and the domain of authoritarian style and permissive style came to a medium degree.

The results showed that the level of organizational silence for teachers came at a moderate level.

Finally, the results showed the existence of a negative, moderate statistically significant, correlation between the leadership styles of school principals in Mafraq Governorate and the level of teachers' organizational silence.

In light of the results of the study, the study recommended inviting school principals in Mafraq Governorate to focus on the democratic pattern in terms of commitment to it and its continuous practice, and the participation of teachers in school decision-making.
