Abstract EN

This study aims to, define the concept of racism explaining the terms related to it, and highlighting the prophetic methods of rejecting racism.

The study uses the inductive analytical approach.

This research contains: an introduction, two themes, and a conclusion.

The introduction includes: the importance of the topic and reasons for choosing it, research objectives, research questions, previous studies, and research methodology with regards to defining: the concept of racism, and the terminology related to this term.

The two themes are: authentic prophetic methods in rejecting racism and applied prophetic methods in rejecting racism.

The research has come out with a number of results, including: racism appears in various forms, such as fanaticism, tribalism, partisanship, racial discrimination and ethnicity, and Islam determines that the origin of human beings is one, and the stability of this fact was enough to exclude racial conflict, and this idea has been repeated in many hadiths to relate the aspects of racism with ignorance, denouncing it and discouraging dealing with it.

This study recommends a number of issues, such as: the wise people in the world should beware of the consequences of racism and its negative impact on everyone; as racism is the root of poverty, backwardness and despotism, more research on the impact of the media in furthering the spirit of racism, and its role in stoking the potentials of racial discrimination is needed, and raising awareness among all groups and segments of society about the danger of racial discrimination with its various contemporary forms.
