Abstract EN

The Islamic Shariah approved a set of animal rights that achieve its objective of creation.

It also listed down its relationship with man in terms of dealing and benefit, and some of these rights are: its right of life, food, drink, care, kindness, and prevention of harm.

As the hisbah (community morals) and government control are established upon the Shariah of Allah in the Islamic State, we find that approving animal rights are considered state duties, as well as enforcing these rights on the ground.

This research aims to describe animal rights in Islam and to explain the role of hisbah and government control on such, whilst following the inductive approach which is built upon the satisfaction of some parts of the problem, and studying them through following through, and seeking the assistance of observing these parts, in order to issue general findings that encompass all the parts of the problem that were not included in the study.
