Abstract EN

The study aimed to reveal the level of psychological flow as a predictor of achievement motivation among school managers in the Western Badia Region in light of the Corona pandemic in the 2021/2022 school year, and conducted between 25/8-1/10/2021, and the study used the psychological flow scale and the achievement motivation scale.

The study sample consisted of (10) managers who were chosen by the available random method, and the results of the study showed that the level of psychological flow was at a high degree, and the level of achievement motivation was at a medium degree among school managers in the Western Badia Region, and the study found a positive relationship between psychological flow and achievement motivation.

There are no differences in the level of psychological flow and achievement motivation due to the variables of gender and scientific level.
