Abstract EN

This article deals inductively and analytically with the problems arising from the inferential industry of the Maliki school of thought in contemporary research.

research questions are: what are the most prominent of these problems? what is the correct approach to address it? with mentioning an applied model, which is the issue of reaching the elbows and the second stroke in tayammum.

with a contribution to evaluating the inference methodology of the doctrine; so that it does help to develop it.

this research includes two demands: the first of which is the contemporary works concerned with inference for the Maliki school, and the most important problems presented in it from the point of view of the inferential industry.

however, the second contained the issue of tayammum for elbows and the second stroke.

the most important results are that the totality of the problems is due to the lack of control over the origins of the doctrine of the imam and, to a defect related to the inferential process itself.
