Abstract EN

This study sought to identify the degree of practice of creative teaching skills among the teachers of the first basic grades in Ain Al-Basha District and its relationship to the level of academic achievement of students from their point of view, where the researcher used the descriptive correlative approach.

Their number is (203) teachers.

Questionnaires were also distributed to a random sample consisting of a distribution of (196) parameters from the study population, where the sample was chosen in a simple random sampling method, and the study reached a set of results: The first came at a medium degree, and the arithmetic mean values for the items of the students' academic achievement level from the point of view of the teachers of the first basic grades in Ain Al-Basha District were also at a medium degree, and there was a positive, statistically significant correlation between the degree of practice of creative teaching skills among the teachers of the first basic grades in Ain Al- Basha District, and the level of academic achievement of their students.

The study reached a set of recommendations, most notably: Providing an organizational climate that stimulates teachers psychologically to unleash their creativity, and supports the development of their skills.
