This study deals with the definition of weighting, its importance, conditions and general characteristics according to al-Daraqutni.

then Imam al-Daraqutni's preferences in his Sunan whether related to narrators, such as memorization and confirmation, extrapolation of the narrator's condition, length of companionship and companionship and the most knowledgeable of the sheikh's condition and considering the large number of narrators, consideration of history.

or related to narrations, such as presenting the hadith to the origins, presenting it to the opposing paths, presenting it to its original sources, presenting the narrator's hadith to what is proven from his saying or doing, extrapolating the state of the narration and the popularity of the chain of transmission in a specific case.

the study showed that al-Daraqutni mentined mor in his book with intelligible hadiths, which he often explained, whether the reason was in their narrators, or in the narrations themselves.

and that he took several ways and various means, in clarifying the weighting between the provisions that sometimes conflict in each of them.
