Abstract EN

This research aims to measure the impact of using information technology in developing information service.

also, it measures the role of the relationship between the effectiveness of information services development and the efficiency of the success using information technology, based on value analysis technique.

in order to carry out this study, the researchers employed a descriptive approach (namely the analytical method).

the sample reached (70) individuals of the beneficiaries.

a qualitative measurement was adopted to analyze the value via a form dedicated to the information technology variable prepared for this purpose, and to know the level of success in developing information services the research used many statistical methods as well, such as the weighted arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentage weight, Pearson correlation method, determination coefficient (r2), and (F&T) tests, through Microsoft excel office program to analyze the results.

the research came out with a set of results, including: information technology, using the technique of value analysis, has an impact on increasing the efficiency of information services by a value of (49%), and an increase in efficiency by value of (51%).

it also showed that the beneficiaries were satisfied with the information services provided using information technology by (81%).

additionally, the results reflected a statistically significant moral correlation between the efficiency of using it successfully and the effectiveness of developing information services.

a set of recommendations have been adopted, including: the need to use the value analysis technique in information measurements as a qualitative measure of quality as a new direction in this field.
