Through the proposed article, I try to monitor the diaspora of some laws to protect the rights of patients in Morocco and to show their rights by respecting their human dignity, their right to access health care services without any discrimination, their right to choose the doctor to treat them, their right to information about their health status and their informed consent to treatment or rejection...

In addition to monitoring international conventions aimed at affirming fundamental human rights, the dignity and destiny of the individual and the equal rights of men, women and nations, large and small, and to demonstrate the conditions under which justice can be achieved and obligations arising from treaties and other sources of international law respected.

To come up with one proposal concerning the development of some points to determine the rights of the patient in Morocco, since there is no law that explicitly protects this group in the hope that these points will be a proposal law in the future.
