Abstract EN

This study examined the strategic management in its dimensions (environmental analysis, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and strategy evaluation), it aimed to shed light on their effects on the effectiveness of small and medium-sized projects in terms of their dimensions (efficiency, innovation adoption, and sustainability) in the Jordan Development and Employment Fund where The analytical statistical method SPSS was employed.

The Jordan Development and Employment Fund's 130 employees are all included in the study's sample.

A thorough survey was conducted and distributed, and 117 legitimate responses-or 90% of the total-were received.

After completing statistical analysis (using SPSS), the study discovered that, with the exception of the dimension of strategic management, there was a statistically significant impact between the dimensions of small- and medium-sized project performance (strategy implementation).

The main recommendations included the need to identify workable alternatives that could be used to implement the strategy in the Fund in accordance with the message, vision, and strategy of the Jordan Development and Employment Fund, as well as the need to train and develop JDEF staff members so they can become more effective and thus improve the performance of small and medium-sized projects.
