The followers of the final Sharia were subjected to multiple attempts at different time periods and their succession to a systematic intellectual and cultural invasion by followers of other religions, especially Judaism, in order to divert Muslims and Christianize them to believe in the Jewish religion, and this type of invasion was characterized by violence and intensity with the transformation of the world into a small village world due to technical development and the globalization of cultures Western behaviors are at a high level of promotion and consumption development.

This invasion relied on several methods and many means to establish its origins and achieve its goals in the invaded country.

One of these means that colonialism resorted to is the field of education.

Schools were often established and educational curricula were drawn up for this purpose.

and because the presence of jurists in Islamic societies is an urgent necessity, this research came to show their efforts in confronting this invasion and the most prominent epistemological treatments that they resorted to limit its impact on the Muslim generations.
