This intervention entitled “political reform and its impact on public policy orientations in Algeria, environmental public policy as a model”, aims to shed light on the most important procedures and measures taken by the Algerian state in the context of its efforts to address deficiencies in environmental public policy, and this is according to an approach aimed at protecting the environment and achieving sustainable development.

the most important political reforms that affected environmental public policy will be discussed, starting with the general regulatory framework, the political tools stipulated within the relevant legal frameworks, as well as the efforts exerted at the local level in this field.
