While security threats were limited to the physical aspect, they have now transcended the borders of countries, to include all social, cultural and even environmental fields, environmental issues and their challenges due to excessive human activity, which caused an imbalance, have become one of the most prominent issues of common international concer, the aim of this research paper was to stand on the efforts of diplomatic countries aimed at activating good management of environmental systems and rationalizing public environmental policy, through international agreements and conferences, which have adopted a set of mechanisms and strategies for sustainable environmental development.
