This study focuses on the subject of green jobs as a green economy approach, which is urgently required given the speeding up of development and economic growth and the emergence of numerous environmental challenges that call for finding the necessary frameworks and approaches to face them, through restructuring and directing economic activities to be in response to the needs of sustainable development.

we have concluded that green jobs have an important role in achieving the transition to the green economy as one of the most significant initiatives aimed at enhancing environmental security and sustainability through the "greening" of labor sectors to be more environmentally friendly in order to balance development objectives and environmental requirements, which many countries are working on by developing policies to reduce the negative effects of economic projects.
