This study aimed to highlight the reality of information and communication technology (ICT) in one of the leading institutions in this field in its internal and external administrative transactions.

it also examined the technologies, websites, and electronic platforms used by the institution in its interactions with clients.

the study covered general concepts related to ICT and explored the ICT landscape within the national employment agency.

the study concluded that the national employment agency has made significant progress in digitizing all its administrative transactions and has excelled in implementing E-governance policies.
