Tourism is considered one of the main pillars in the economies of many countries in the world, because of its special importance in terms of providing hard currency, and allowing the way for many competencies and manpower to absorb pure unemployment, and it is also one of the strategic alternatives to the logic of oil rents.

as for the fuel-exporting countries, which are considered third countries, the interest lies in the human resource capable of providing the added value to reach this integration in the tourism reality, especially with diversity in the cultural field, whether it concerns sub-cultures or the original culture, which represents the identity of these countries.
