waiving is of two types : (1) offering property as a gift (2) forgoing inheritance and releasing himself from his rights regarding its timing, it has two types : (1) before estate division and assignment (2) after estate division and assignment whether individually or collectively the paper shows how to divide inheritance in cases where waiving occurs in two ways : (1) waiving the right to one person (2) waiving the right to a group of people the second way is of three types (1) all persons involved are liable heirs (2) all persons are agnatic heirs (3) all persons are agnatic heirs and are liable to get shares of inheritance.
