Undoubtedly, Schools of Fiqh represent varied approaches of Fiqh and different perspectives.

The Hanbali School is unique in Fiqh of transactions as attested by contemporary scholars.

This paper addresses the Hanbali accounts on this topic, particularly its flexibility and other characteristics pertaining to Fiqh of Translations in this school.

This does not mean that other schools lack these characteristics; however, some aspects could be uniquely attributed to this school.

The paper addresses the topic by showing the concept of the Hanbali school in this study, its characteristics pertaining to Fiqh of Transactions in general.

Then the aspects and means of flexibility in Fiqh of Transactions are discussed.

The conclusion shows the effect of Hanbali Fiqh on modern transactions.
