Abstract EN

This study examines family persecution in Arab societies “the persecution of women's right to inheritance is a model” and how societies and traditions dealt with it and how Islamic law did justice to it, and it shows the justice of Sharia in preserving their right, and makes it clear that women are not oppressed in any case, with a statement that the role of scientific and legal institutions must be activated to protect women’s right to their inheritance and reject corrupt traditions and customs in our Arab societies.
