Persecution in all its forms, shapes and forms is rejected by religion, law, custom and morals.

human groups have endeavored in continuous attempts to deal with this problem, and laws were enacted that guarantee the rights of the weak from persecution, and the various religious legislations had their distinguished efforts in this aspect, as our belief in the justice of Islam, the greatness of its legislation, and its validity for every time and place removes a task from our shoulders.

theorizing, and striving to search for a theoretical framework that frames the origins of family or social interactions.

from this point of view, this research was tagged: (family persecution between the desired ideas and the current reality).

after this introduction, this research included three sections: the first topic: the concept of family persecution.

the second topic: the intellectual proposals for dealing with family persecution.

the third topic: the Islamic position on the persecution of the family, then the conclusion of the research, which included the most important results: Islam imposed with its legislation and ethics a model pattern of family life.

accordingly, the research recommends a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: inclusion in educational curricula values that correct social and cultural norms that are characterized by the practice of wrongdoing towards family members.
