Arabic Abstract

للأحاديث النبوية مكانة عظيمة و أهمية كبيرة في ديننا الإسلامي الحنيف، فهي تعد المصدر الثاني للتشريع الإسلامي بعد القرآن الكريم، إذ تبين الأحكام و الشرائع التي نزل بها القرآن، من حيث تفسيرها و شرحها و بيان مبهمها و تقييد مطلقها و تخصيص عامها، و تفصيل مجملها وتوضيح بيانها و معانيها و دلالاتها؛كما جاء في سورة النجم [3-4]: ﴿وما ينطق عن الهوىٰ*إن هو إلا وحي يوحى﴾، لذلك تسعى هذه الدراسة لتبحث قيمة الحديث النبوي الشريف بوصفه نصا لغويا له خصائصه وله أسلوبه من جهة و من جهة أخرى بوصفه مصدرا تأسيسيا من مصادر السماع الرئيسة.

وقد قامت الدراسة بتوظيف المعايير السبعة التي وضعها روبرت دى بوجراند و فلجانج ديسلر، (وهي السبك و الحبك و القصد و القبول و الإعلامية و المقامية و التناص) في نص الحديث النبوي الشريف مع الاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي و الذي اعتمدت عليه في تجلية الوسائل المعتمدة الواردة في نصوص الحديث النبوي الشريف و بيانها

English Abstract

The Prophetic hadiths have a great place and great importance in our true Islamic religion, as they are considered the second source of Islamic legislation after the Holy Qur'an, as they clarify the rulings and laws that were revealed in the Qur'an, in terms of their interpretation and explanation, clarifying their vagueness, restricting their oluteness, specifying their generality, detailing their entirety, and clarifying their statement, meanings, and implications, as stated.

In Surat An-Najm [3-4]: “And he does not speak out of inclination.

*It is nothing but a revelation revealed.

” Therefore, this study seeks to examine the value of the noble Prophet's hadith as a linguistic text with its own characteristics and style on the one hand, and on the other hand as a foundational source among the main sources of listening.

The study employed the seven criteria developed by Robert de Beaugrande and Flegang Dessler (namely, casting, plotting, intent, acceptance, informativeness, position, and intertextuality) in the text of the Noble Prophet's Hadith, with the help of the descriptive analytical approach, which it relied on in clarifying and explaining the approved methods contained in the texts of the Noble Prophet's Hadith
