The context presumption has a reliable significance for linguists when their purpose is to get an insight into a text and to comprehend it.

It's also reliable for the Hadeeth interpretersand savants.

But, the problem that may impedes us to achieve the real meaning of some of the prophet's “PBUH” Hadeeths is the incompatibility between the contextual significance and the reason that made the prophet “PBUH” tell this Hadeeth, the incompatibility may come in generalizing/specifying, or in release/restriction.

This search came to show the importance of considering the context to understand the Hadeeth, and to provide this evidence on the reason behind the Hadeeth, according to each particular case, with some examples cited.
