شهدت دول المغرب العربي وخاصة في نهاية الثمانينات من القرن العشرين تصاعد الدور السياسي للحركات الإسلامية، كونها نشأت بصورة حركات اصلاحية كان ظهورها نتيجة للأزمة التي اجتاحت المنطقة في تلك الفترة بمختلف أبعادها السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية.
والتي اسهمت بشكل كبير في ظهور تلك الحركات التي تنادي بالتجديد والتنمية ومحاربة الفساد الذي تميزت به النظم الحاكمة في الوطن العربي.
يهدف البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على الأحزاب الإسلامية في المغرب.
ومعرفة الفرص المتاحة لها والتحديات المطروحة أمامها، بعد صعود التيار الإسلامي الحاكم وعملنا هو تقديم دراسة وصفية تحليلية والاقتصار على نموذج (حزب العدالة والتنمية كونه حزباً له دور بين الأحزاب الوطنية المغربية الأخرى والذي وصل إلى السلطة بعد انفجار ثورات الربيع العربي عام 2011.
وخرج البحث بجملة من النتائج من بينها إن الظروف الداخلية والخارجية أسهمت بنشر الحركات الإسلامية في المغرب، وإن تلك الحركات والأحزاب أدت دورا هاما في المشاركة السياسية، واستطاعت تطوير برامجها السياسية وقدراتها التنظيمية بعد تجديد قياداتها ونبذ استخدام القوة والعنف في العمل السياسي، واستطاع حزب العدالة والتنمية تجاوز الصعاب والعقبات التي تقف في طريقه وذلك بابتعاده عن الصراع حول السلطة وانفتاحه تجاه مسائل الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان.
Abstract EN
The Maghreb countries witnessed at the end of the eighties from the twentieth century, the political role of the Islamic movements increased, being reforms move- ments that emerges as a result of the crisis that swept the region in that period, with its various political and economic dimension.
this research paper seeks to shed light on the Islamic parties in Morocco and analyze the opportunities avail able to them and challenges they face after the rise of the ruling Islamic trend by presenting a descriptive and analytical study and the economy on the model of the Moroccan justice and development party as a party with the role among the national parties, that came to power after revolution the Arab spring of 2011.
this research came out with a number of results the most important of which is that the internal and external conditions contributed to the disseminations of Islamic movements in Morocco, and the justice and devel-opment party was able to overcome the difficults and abstcles its faces by avoiding the struggle with authority and its openness towards democracy and human rights.
