إن الإصلاح الاقتصادي ضرورة لأي دولة تعاني من انهيار اقتصادي، والتطورات السياسية التي شهدتها مصر على مدار الأعوام الأخيرة شكلت تحديا أمام تطور القطاعات الاقتصادية المختلفة، إذ يعد الاقتصاد المصري أكثر الاقتصادات تنوعا في الشرق الأوسط لمحاوره المتعددة والمتنوعة وهيكله الإنتاجي المرن فضلاً عن قدرته على التكيف مع التغيرات الاقتصادية، فكان من الضروري على الحكومة المصرية وضع برامج لتطوير القطاعات الاقتصادية ضمن خطتها للإصلاح الاقتصادي.
Abstract EN
Ments that Egypt has witnessed over the past years has posed a challenge to the development of various eco- nomic sectors, and where the Egyptian economy is the most diversified in the middle east with its multiple and diverse axes and flexible production structure as well as its ability to adapt to economic changes.
it was neces-sary for the Egyptian government to develop programs to develop economic sectors within its economic reform plan.
