يحظى قطاع الصناعة باهتمام كبير في أي دولة، نظرا لأنه القطاع الذي يجسد ويوظف الميزات النسبية لأي اقتصاد، وفي حالة الجزائر ورغم الشعارات التي رفعتها الحكومات المتعاقبة مازال هذا القطاع يعاني التخلف والعراقيل، وتوضح المساهمة الضعيفة لهذا القطاع في الناتج الوطني حجم الاختلالات التي يعرفها الاقتصاد الوطني، كل هذا يعبر عن التخلف والتراجع الذي يعرفه قطاع الصناعة الجزائرية رغم توفر كل الإمكانيات لإقامة صناعة ناشئة وحديثة تسهم بشكل فعال في تنويع الاقتصاد الوطني.
Abstract EN
The industrial sector is very interested in any country, because it is the sector that represents and employs the comparative advantages of any economy.
the national economy, all of this reflects the underdevelopment and decline of the Algerian industrial sector, despite the availability of all possibilities for the establishment of an emerging and modern industry that contributes effectively to the diversification of the national economy.
