Abstract EN

This research aims to identify the relation of perception and awareness of performance level in high jumping skill with reference to educational programmer to high jumping with back side position.

The researchers have adopted experimental method whereas the research community were second year students from Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science - Tobruk University academic year 2020/2021.

The number of community involved in the study was 80 students and research samples were randomly selected to be 60 students.

They were divided into two groups one is considered to be a control group where the other is experimental .

Each group consists of 30 students .

Students who were already in sport clubs were excluded, as well as those who may influence the results of study.

The results of research has emphasized that level of skill performance is negatively affected by the to learnt skill.

The proposed educational programme positively evolved the learning method of high jumping along with perception & awareness level among experimental group.
