The study aimed to identify the reality of educational supervision in the governorate of Amran (Dhibin district as a model) and the researcher used the descriptive analytical method for the documents.

Amran branch as sources of information to describe the reality of the educational system and educational supervision and its problems.

the research consisted of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion.

the first topic dealt with the theoretical framework, the second topic, the reality of the educational system in the directorate of Dhibin, and the third topic, the reality of educational supervision in the directorate.

he did his job to the fullest, including: interruption of salaries, lack of training and qualification, and the geographical distance of schools, the lack of supervisors, the disproportion of the number of supervisors with the number of teachers, as well as the existing deficit in some disciplines, and based on the results, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and proposals for the development of educational supervision in the directorate and the general governorate of Amran.
