The paper discusses one type of the Prophet's actions that is related to human nature, customs and habits; not as an act of worship.

It examines the reality and multiplicity of these actions.

First, the different types of the prophet's actions are discussed as well as their injunctive rulings.

Then, the paper examines the legality of following in the footsteps of the Prophet concerning these actions and whether the follower be rewarded or not.

The scholars' differing opinions are explored, identifying the conditions of legalizing copying the Prophet's actions, according to those who think it is legitimate.

Finally, some examples of the Prophet's actions are stated in the paper, representing the types under consideration, bearing the conditions in mind.
