Abstract EN

This study aimed to know the reality of the administration of Saudi universities to achieve innovation and entrepreneurship in the light of the Kingdom's vision 2030 from the point of view of faculty members.

The study followed the descriptive survey method, and the study sample consisted of (752) faculty members from the Northern Border University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

To achieve the objectives of the study; A questionnaire was prepared consisting of (39) items divided into three areas, which are (administrative practices, structuring of administrative organization and implementation, and control and evaluation.

The results of the study showed that the estimates of faculty members of the reality of the management of Saudi universities to achieve innovation and entrepreneurship in the light of the Kingdom's vision 2030 from the viewpoint of faculty members in all areas of the study tool were average.

The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the study members' estimates of the reality of the management of Saudi universities to achieve innovation and entrepreneurship in the light of the Kingdom's vision 2030 from the point of view of the faculty members due to the variables of gender and specialization.

In light of the results of the study, the researcher presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which are : The need for the university to employ information technology to develop innovation and entrepreneurship management procedures and operations.
