This study aims to explain the reasons for the differences of the commentators in the Holy Qur'an, as this topic is no less important than the reasons for the differences of the jurists, and the books that have been written in this field.

The interpreter shows the meaning of the verse and its ruling, unlike the jurist who is concerned with subsidiary rulings, and I collected in this study the jurisprudential rulings that the exegetes deduced from the Qur’an verses, and I looked at their ruling in it, and the impact of their differences in these important issues, and suggested what strengthened its evidence, and divided the research into an introduction, a preamble, Five sections, and a conclusion.
