Abstract EN

Our research marked (Sounding and division according to Imam al-Zarkashi in the light of his book al-Bahr al-Muhit fi Usul al-Fiqh) and the issue of sounding and division as a partial is one of the most important topics because it enters people’s lives, although the subject of our research concerns the science of jurisprudence, which is one of the sciences of Islamic law, and we have shown probing and division is one of the main pillars in deducing the legal ruling after the text and consensus in the science of jurisprudence.

every thought that comes to our mind and every whisper that passes through our hearts is closely related to the comprehensiveness of sounding and division.

and the research reviewed the issue of the problem with its definition, conditions, and methods of proving it being one of the pillars of measurement because the topic of the research is related to it and does not separate from it, then we moved to the definition of (sounding and division) with its two parts that are limited and spread in language and idiomatically, then the research showed the difference of fundamentalists in the authenticity of sounding and division in considering it not considering it a guide from which the Sharia rulings are derived, then we moved on to the conditions for working with it as mentioned by Imam al-Zarkashi in the surrounding sea, and last but not least the applications of Imam al-Zarkashi for the sounding and division that he mentioned in his book the pleasures of the Seashore, and the conclusion was held (the conclusion of the research).
