The topic of the research is summarized in how the fundamentalists employ the objectives, through their inference on the fundamental issues.

The objectives are present in their rational justifications for their opinions in the issues of the fundamentals which is attested by: their inference with the objectives in deciding a large number of issues and fundamentalist rules, using words in the reasoning, such as: interest, warding off corruption, disorder of Sharia rulings, and so on.

In his study, the researcher took a descriptive and analytical approach.

This research shows the extent of blending and complementarity between the sciences of the principles of jurisprudence and the purposes of Sharia.

Among the purposes that they mentioned in their explanation of fundamentalist issues are: complying with the requirements of the legislator, preserving religion from perishing through the establishment of rituals, preserving religion by diligence, not violating the religion of God, and preserving the public order of the nation, then this was followed by mentioning some applied models in various fundamentalist issues that illustrate this.
