Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أثر استخدام البيانات الضخمة على أداء القطاع الطبي في الأردن: دراسة حالة على مستشفى البشير، حيث بينت الدراسة أبعاد البيانات الضخمة المتمثلة في (البنية التحتية التنوع الامان والخصوصية.

الجودة)، إضافة إلى أبعاد أداء القطاع الطبي المتمثلة في (أداء المستخدم، رعاية المريض، التواصل بين الطبيب والمريض).

تم اختيار عينة عشوائية طبقية مكونة من (385) من المدراء ورؤساء الاقسام والكادر الطبي من العاملين في مستشفى البشير والذين يستخدمون برنامج حكيم وبعد فحص الاستبانات وابعاد الاستبانات غير المكتملة وغير الصحيحة تم اجراء التحليل على 378 استبانة بنسبة 94.5% من عدد الاستبانات الموزعة وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليل، وتوصلت إلى العديد من النتائج كان من أهمها وجود أثر دال احصائيا لاستخدام البيانات الضخمة بأبعادها مجتمعة على الأداء القطاع الطبي بأبعادها مجتمعة، كما وجدت الدراسة أثرا دال إحصائيا لكل من البنية التحتية والتنوع والأمن والخصوصية والجودة على أداء القطاع الطبي في مستشفى البشير وفي ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها أوصت الدراسة بالحاجة إلى اجراء المزيد من الدراسات لتحليل اثر استخدام البيانات الضخمة بإبعادها المختلفة على اداء القطاع الطبي الأردني وضرورة اهتمام المسؤولين والسلطات في الأردن بالبيانات الضخمة بأبعادها المختلفة والعمل على تطويرها والاستفادة منها وتفعيلها لتنمية القطاعات المختلفة.

كما أوصت بضرورة تنظيم حملات ترويحية من قبل الحكومة الأردنية لنشر الوعي بأهمية البيانات الضخمة حيث تعتبر نفط المستقبل ووقود الاقتصاد الجديد لكل القطاعات.

English Abstract

This study investigates the impact of using big data on the performance of the medical sector in Jordan at Al-Bashir Hospital as a case study.

Big data includes (infrastructure, variety, security and privacy, and quality) in addition to the sector performance includes (user performance, patient care, communication between Physician-Patient) are examined in this study.

A stratified random sample of 385 administrators and employees working at Al-Bashir Hospital, using the Hakeem program is selected.

After examining and excluding incomplete and invalid questionnaires, the analysis was performed on 378 questionnaires, representing 94.5% of the distributed questionnaires.

A descriptive analytical approach is used to achieve the study objectives.

Given the analysis done, the results indicate that using big data impacts the total performance of the medical sector.

Based on these findings, the study recommended the need for further research to analyze the various dimensions of using big data on the medical sector’s performance.

Besides, it emphasized the importance of authorities and officials in Jordan showing interest in big data’s development, utilization, and activation to foster growth in different sectors.
