The research dealt with the Zakat provisions relating to the real estate development fund, starting with a prelude to introducing development funds in the Kingdom in general, and the real estate development fund in particular, and the services it provides, and then dealing with the provision of Zakat in the fund's funds, whether on it or on the beneficiaries of its services, and then on the impact of the change in the intention of the beneficiary of the fund's services, or its disbursement other than what it has been placed on, and the impact on Zakat.
