The researcher studied what is meant by days (counted) and days (information) mentioned in the context of the verses of Hajj rulings in the Noble Qur’an, and the sayings of the commentators and jurists before and after that, as well as the sayings of the jurists in determining the days of sacrifice of gifts and sacrifices.

Based on the difference in what is meant by days (information), indicating the argument and evidence for each statement, then discussing the sayings, suggesting that what is meant by days (counted): the three days of al-Tashreeq, and days (information): the day of sacrifice and the three days of al-Tashreeq after it, and it is likely that gifts and sacrifices may take place in The thirteenth day of Dhul-Hijjah.

In all of this he provided evidence of weighting, and its reason, according to the rules of weighting considered by scholars of interpretation and origins, and highlighting the importance of the significance of the context and clues in weighting.
