يقدم هذا التقرير عرضا لما صدر من قوانين ذات أثر مباشر في استقلال القضاء في مصر، في محاولة لتبيان الحدود التي رسمتها هذه القوانين لتمارس السلطة القضائية دورها.
ويضيء على الأبعاد القانونية للتشريعات التي تمس كيان الهيئات القضائية، من حيث طبيعتها وهياكلها وفاعليتها واستقلاليتها، وممارستها لدورها، وذلك من خلال رصد نماذج من التشريعات التي تدفع بالممارسة القضائية إلى العمل بمقتضى قوانين بعينها، وتؤثر في المحصلة في مسارات الحياة بكل تنوعاتها.
Abstract EN
This report presents legislation that has a direct impact on the independence of the judiciary in Egypt, and the limits imposed by these laws for this authority in exercising its functions.
It sheds light on the dimensions of the legislation that affects the nature, structures, effectiveness and independence of judicial bodies, as well as how they exercise their role.
