Abstract EN

This research deals with shedding light on the political conditions of the Islamical state and how to establish the Islamic state by its first leader and founder, the prophet in the writings of Dr Maytham Al Janabi.

Intellectual and philosophical, and he is consider the last of the professional thinkers and philosophers at the level of the Arab world, where we started by referring to what he described as the baisic basis for Islamic political thought ,which is the document of the city or the newspaper, and then we shed light on what he mentioned regarding the shift in power from the religious aspect to the political aspect, and we mentioned what He rlied on it from the Qur`anic surahs, historical sources, and how to link religious authority with politics until the completion of the establishment of the Islamic state, according to what he established.
