Abstract EN

The current research aims to know the following Emotional creativity of educational counselors Differences in emotional creativity of educational counselors according to gender variables (males, females) and duration of service (1-5 years, 6-10 years, 11 years and above) To achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers selected two random samples for the final application procedures with a number of (400) mentors, who were selected by a simple random method from educational counselors.

The results showed that the members of the research sample do not have emotional creativity statistically significant, and there is no statistically significant difference in emotional creativity according to the gender variable, as the calculated value reached (0.118), which is smaller than the tabular value of (3.84) at the level of significance (0.05) and the degree of freedom (339-1).

The results showed that there is no difference in emotional creativity according to the variable of service duration, as the calculated value of the value (0.163), which is smaller than the tabular value of (3.00)) at the level of significance (0.05) and the degree of freedom (398-2).

The researchers recommended several recommendations to the relevant authorities and made a number of proposals.
