The aim of the research is to identify : Building a scale for self- management among Kirkuk University students, The level of self- management among Kirkuk University students Statistically significant differences in self-management of the research sample members according to the gender variable (male female).

and the research community consisted of (22.640) students for the academic year (2021-2022).

and a stratified random sample was selected with (744) male and female students.

the researcher recommends : The Ministry of Higher Education has to work to include more methods in the curricula to raise the level of self-management of students to develop their levels.The necessity of enriching the libraries of the Ministry of Education with the latest books.
