تعد ظاهرة أطفال الشوارع في العراق بمثابة القنبلة الموقوتة التي تجوب شوارع عاصمة بغداد، ويمكن أن تنفجر بين لحظة وأخرى في شكل جرائم وتخلق ظواهر سلبية من الصعب القضاء عليها لسنوات طويلة.
Abstract EN
The phenomenon of street children in Iraq is considered a ticking time bomb roaming the streets of the capital, Baghdad, and it can explode from one moment to another in the form of crimes and create negative phenomena that are difficult to eradicate for many years.
