Contemporary Islamic thought faces a great challenge, especially after the communications revolution, because of which the world has become a small village, is how to market its Islamic civilizational project to the contemporary civilization, which is called the civilization of human rights, in a way that does not intersect with the solution and sanctity system.

The researcher believes that the correct approach to marketing the contemporary Islamic thought project is carried out in two ways: the first is defining the concepts through the terminological and linguistic definition, and the second is the rooting of the concept through revelation (the Qur’an and Sunnah) and the presence of the opinions of scholars and thinkers since the death of the Holy Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) to the present day, Which leads us to a human rights system that is reconciled with itself first and compatible with others while preserving the Islamic identity
